Patricia Arroyo, M.D.

Dr. Arroyo completed her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at the University of Iowa. She then attended medical school at the University of Illinois Chicago. She completed her pediatrics residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn, where she was Chief Resident. After graduation from residency in 2001, Dr. Arroyo began working with Dr. Manuel Rojas, a pediatrician serving the community of southwest Chicago since 1975. In 2013, Dr. Manuel Rojas’ office was renamed Midway Pediatrics. Dr. Arroyo’s professional interests include complex medical care, weight management and dermatology. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cooking, music and travel.

Michelle Rojas, M.D.

Dr. Rojas received her undergraduate degrees from Loyola University Chicago and Benedictine University.  She then went on to receive her undergraduate medical degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.  She pursued her pediatric residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital Oak Lawn.  Her professional interests include autism, ADHD, developmental and behavioral pediatrics.  She also has first-hand knowledge about raising multiples.  Dr. Rojas has four children and her hobbies include travelling, reading, and yoga.  

Lauren Meyers, APN-CPNP

Lauren attended Illinois Wesleyan University where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric ICU at Advocate Children's Hospital for 8 years before pursuing the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program at University of Illinois at Chicago. Special interests include asthma, eczema, and nutrition & exercise. She has been employed as a nurse practitioner at Midway Pediatrics since 2016. She enjoys spending time with her family, 3 children, beach vacations, and reading.

Mary Grasso, APN-CPNP 

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Lewis University. After graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Rush University Children's Hospital for 7 years before pursing her passion of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Rush University with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined Midway Pediatrics in 2021. Her special interests include newborn care, nutrition, and allergies. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and son.
